Is CarLinkers free for buyers?

Yes, completely free. You can post vehicle requests and receive dealer offers without paying anything. Our revenue comes from dealer subscriptions.

How do I post a vehicle request?

Sign up for a free account, then fill out a short form with what you are looking for -- year, make, model, budget, and your location. It takes about two minutes.

How many dealer offers will I get?

It depends on your area and what you are looking for. Popular vehicles in metro areas tend to get more responses. We are currently focused on the Salem and Portland, Oregon markets.

Are the prices in dealer offers final?

Dealer responses include estimated prices, not binding quotes. The final price is negotiated directly between you and the dealer, just like any other car purchase.

What happens after I accept an offer?

Once you accept a dealer's offer, you will be connected directly with that dealership to finalize the details. CarLinkers is not involved in the actual transaction -- we just help you find the right dealer.

Can I have multiple requests open at once?

Yes, you can post requests for different vehicles at the same time. Each request is independent and will receive its own set of dealer responses.

How much does a dealer subscription cost?

We offer three subscription tiers starting at $99/month. Visit our pricing page for full details on what each tier includes.

What is the verification process?

After signing up, you will go through a quick onboarding: provide your dealership details, set up payment, submit business information, and wait for our team to verify your license. Most verifications are completed within one business day.

How do I get leads?

Once verified and subscribed, you will see buyer requests in your dashboard filtered by your service area. You choose which requests to respond to with your best offer.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

What areas does CarLinkers cover?

We are currently focused on the Salem and Portland, Oregon metropolitan areas. We plan to expand to other markets as we grow.

How is CarLinkers different from other lead services?
